OUR COVID APPROACH
This era of COVID significantly changed how businesses needed to approach cleanliness, sanitation and how to handle social distancing.
Fortunately for our float centre, I am proud to share that we did not have to change much in how we have been operating beyond adding a few extra touch points.
Our float rooms and common areas have always needed to be consistently safe and clean from the first day we opened back in October 2016, so when COVID struck, only a few adjustments were required to ensure we were doing our part in preventing the spread of COVID.
Float rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every float and our float cabin filtration system uses a global industry standard to disinfect and sanitize the water between every floater. This system includes a combination of particle filters, ozone injection, ultraviolet light and hydrogen peroxide. It is also worth mentionining that the salt is naturally very antibacterial - they call it the "Dead Sea" for a reason.
With respect to air circulation of the float cabins and within the entire space, our industrial HRV (heat recovery ventilator) unit provides continuous passive air flow as it removes humid interior air and replaces it with fresh conditioned air.
We take a lot of pride in our space and experience, and our commitment to cleanliness will remain in place longer after COVID is behind us. If you have any questions, please contact us in whatever way is convenient for you.
Take care, Dominic :)
