Full Details
† Floats can be used within one (1) year of the purchase date. Unused float credits will expire after this one year period.
⚐ We require a 30-day notice by email (sent to edmonton@floathouse.ca) to cancel a Once-A-Month membership and stop the monthly payments. A final payment will be charged before the membership is cancelled. Unused floats will expire one-year from the date of each month's respective payment.
❄ Monthly program members have the option to freeze monthly payments for up to four (4) months per year. No payments will be made during these frozen months, and any banked floats can be used during this time. Please email all freeze requests to edmonton@floathouse.ca.
★ Online booking is only available to our monthly program members. Floaters can pay an annual fee of $90 to access the online booking system if they are not a monthly program member.
All monthly programs require a Visa, Mastercard or void cheque (direct debit through your banking account) on account to process monthly payments.
