You play an incredibly important role when exploring the depths of sensory deprivation in a float tank.

Our orientation video is very thorough and an excellent investment in your experience today and your ongoing practice of floating, as it contains specifics details and tips that will prove quite valuable.

When the video is done, your float host will provide you with a set of re-usable ear plugs and show you to your float room.

Please do not hesitate to ask your host any questions at anytime, we are happy to help support your visit.

For your ongoing reference, we have provided a basic snapshot of all the main steps below.

Use the Washroom

Down the back hall on the right - look for the WC door sign.

Start the Lights

Click the top button NO SEE once to go completely dark. If you would like a little bit of light, do not click any button on the keypad.

Ear Plugs

Pull the hair out of the way and pull your ear in a way to open the ear channel. The ear plug should slide in easily. Bring them back for your next visit.

First Shower

Use the pre-float soap and shampoo to wash the body and hair thoroughly. Do not use hot water.

Dry Your Face

Gently dry your face to remove all water with the provided face cloth.

Apply Vaseline to Sensitive Areas

Dry the area and apply a thin layer of vaseline. Please dispose of used package in hallway garbage.

Park Cloth on Inside Handle

Place cloth on an inside handle incase you need to touch your face during the float.

Get Settled

Get acquainted with the environment and buoyancy before you start to settle into the stillness.

Music Signals the Float is Done

When you hear music, the float is finished and it is time to get out.

Drip-Off Before Exiting

Please drip off before exiting the cabin.

Post-Float Shower

Thoroughly rinse all of the salt water from the hair, body and ears (if you got any salt water in them).

Exit Your Float Room

Please leave towels on the floor mat. You can get prepared for your next adventure in our vanity area.
